Requirements For Amber Plan Reporting Officer:

1. Reporting officer MUST BE A CERTIFIED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

2. Reporting officer MUST COMPLETE TRAINING provided by or suggested

by the Amber Plan Committee.

3. A Representative of the REPORTING AGENCY MUST PRESENT A

BRIEFING TO THE AMBER PLAN COMMITTEE at the next scheduled

meeting following the activation of the Amber Plan.
