IPAWS Test not sent for Dec. 12

The EAS RWTs for Chamorro, Atlantic, Eastern, and Central time zones were not sent, Monday, December 12. Other time zones should have been sent normally. This will be reflected in FEMA’s monthly IPAWS report.
