October’s RMT successfully transmitted 10/9 at 11:15pm

After rescheduling twice, and then cancelling the test, October’s RMT was successfully transmitted on October 9.  Please log that although the Oklahoma EAS State Co-Chairs cancelled the October RMT on Thursday, it was transmitted that same Thursday evening.
