ALL tests received – and decoded -from Oklahoma and your Monitor Area should be logged, according to the FCC.  Tests from other states/areas that are not in your decode chart are not required.  This would include logging of any tests from the President.

SAGE USERS: The CAP software finally arrived  but with a bug or two. Version 88 failed to provide DNS name resolution in some cases, and some labels were wrong. The company has posted new software.  Go here to get it.
